Fresh Care™ is a patented postharvest ethylene blocker system that releases 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP), effectively counteracting both internal (endogenous) and external (exogenous) ethylene in enclosed treatment areas. This innovative chemical system helps maintain the quality of harvested fruits and vegetables by:

Preserving firmness and titratable acidity
Reducing respiration rates
Delaying ripening, senescence, and softening
Protecting against ethylene-induced issues like fruit drop, discoloration, and premature aging

Safe and environmentally friendly with no harm to humans, Fresh Care™ extends shelf life and enhances stability during transport and storage. It can be applied immediately after harvest, before storage, shipment, or sale, and is effective in both cool (below 13°C/55.4°F) and warm conditions within gas-tight enclosed spaces such as storage rooms, coolers, shipping containers, truck trailers, or controlled atmosphere facilities. Do not use outdoors or in non-enclosed areas.

How does Fresh Care™ help?

Suggested crops: pineapple, tomato, vegetable, flower, mango, avocado and other fruits or vegetables susceptible to ethylene damage.

Treating dosage:

• For non-ripening produce, 1 tablet for 1 m3 space size

• For ripening produce, 5-10 tablets for 1 m3 space size

• Treating time: 8-12 hours (overnight)
